This striking building is home to the University of Sheffield Enterprise, part of Sheffield University and designed to bring people together to make ideas happen.

I was asked to attend an event here last night as a judge on a panel, to choose a winner from three completely new products/service ideas.

The groups were made up of students working on the personal development module of an IT degree at Sheffield University. The module is aimed at encouraging creativity when working with other people as well as delivering an effective presentation.

There were ideas that stood out for me that have real potential, it will be interesting to see how they develop further.
